If you're seeking a relaxing vacation in Cozumel vacation, consider staying in the Residencias Reef complex and, in particular, Residencias Reef 6300. This three-bedroom, two-level, three-bath penthouse is perfect for a family trip, or one with a group of friends.

Two of the three bedrooms have king-sized beds, balcony access, and TVs. The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds. All bathrooms are modern, with a combination of walk-in showers and one tub.

The unit also features free Wi-Fi, complimentary calls to the US and Canada, satellite TV, a sound system with an iPod/iPhone docking station, and a DVD player.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all major and small appliances, making it easy to cook your own meals. Dine at the elegant dining table, on the expansive wrap-around deck, or enjoy a rooftop barbecue while watching Cozumel's spectacular sunsets and feeling the cool breeze coming off of the Caribbean.

  • Residencias Reef Condos are located approximately 11 miles south of town on San Francisco Beach, one of Cozumel's finest beaches.
  • There are several beach restaurants within walking distance that are open during the day (10-5).
  • Residencias Reef is located just minutes from some of Cozumel's best-known dive sites.
  • You can walk for miles along this stretch of sandy beach.
  • Early check-in or late flight? Use the free baggage check area at the security station and use the pool or beach while you wait!
  • Dive boat pickup. There are 4 convenient locations for dive boat pickup near Residencias Reef: 1) Pier in front of Bldg. #5; a fee of $4.00 US per person per day for pick-up/drop-off (roundtrip); vouchers can be purchased at RR front security gate; 2) 300 yds. south at San Francisco Beach club (no pier); 3) Pier at Paradise Beach (just south of San Francisco Beach); 4) 300 yards north at the adjacent resort (San Clemente pier). Before you book your dives, check with your dive operator to see which site they will pick you up.

Building layouts:

  • Building #1: Units begin with the number 5 (5100, 5120, 5200, etc.). Located on the south side of the pools.
  • Building #2: Units begin with the number 6 (6100, 6130, 6200, etc.). Located approximately 50 yards behind Building #1.
  • Building #3: Units begin with the number 7 (7130, etc.). This building has an elevator.
  • Building #4: Units begin with the number 8 (8100, 8140, 8200, etc.). Located approximately 150 yards from Building #1.
  • Building #5: Aura, a small boutique hotel (no rental condos)

Amazing Condo! (Nori)
We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Cozumel! The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. There was plenty of room for our group of eight, and one of our favorite features was the huge wrap-around balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the ocean views, relaxing together, and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The rooftop hot tub was the perfect finishing touch and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The property amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed having access to two beautiful pools! The location is wonderful. The beach is beautiful, and being able to snorkel right from the property was such a treat. We saw so much marine life, including colorful tropical fish and starfish, which made for an unforgettable experience. There were divers in our group as well, and the location was perfect for them because the boat picked them up at the dock next door. Alex, the property manager, was outstanding throughout our stay. He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and attentive. It was clear he genuinely cared that we had a great experience. This was an amazing place to stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for helping make our trip to Cozumel such a memorable one! 😊

Fabulous condo (Rob Negrin)
There were 5 of us staying in this unit and it was very comfortable with more than ample room for everyone. The washer and dryer made a huge difference in what we had to bring, making packing and travel significantly lighter. And going home with clean clothes meant very little laundry to do once we got there. This location is perfect for divers, as the boat will pick you up right off the Secrets dock next door. And being south on the island often means last on, first off. Our concierge Alex was able to hook us up with a private boat on an off dive day and we were able to enjoy a truly lovely snorkeling adventure and afternoon at El Cielo. The jacuzzi made relaxing after a long dive day so easy. The view of the sunset is obstructed, but nothing that a short walk down to the beach won't fix. We are highly likely to repeat the rental of this fabulous clean rental

My friends and I had a great stay at Residiencia Reef with Enjoy Cozumel. The administration and our condo host/manager Alex were very helpful in their communications prior to and during the stay. Alex was responsive within minutes when we had questions or needed help while in Cozumel. They also provided plenty of information on things to do in Cozumel. The facilities were well kept, comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out in the condo, going on the porches in the mornings, and cooking in the evenings. There is a grill onsite! The beach access exceeded our expectations. It was a quiet and beautiful beach with plenty of seating options along with pool access. We could be down to the beach from our condo within 2 minutes.

Spectacular Stay (Sally Ford)
We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations at Residencias Reef recently.There were four of us, all who had previously stayed in other condos at the Reef. This is of course why we chose it again. Our condo this year did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean, supplied with all the necessities, and above all had a wonderful view with a large wrap around patio plus a wide open roof top space. We appreciated the openness and the tastefully done furnishings. Enjoying your accommodation when travelling can make or break a vacation. 6300 was perfect. Alex was helpful, communicating answers to any questions we had in a prompt and clear way. All in all it was a GREAT stay! We would definitely choose it again.

The condo was so clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed and a mind blowing view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we could easily have had a few more guests in the place. The pools on site were incredible and private beach was so nice. This is the only place I would stay when returning to Cozumel. Really impressed. Also really appreciated how attentive the staffing on site was.

Amazing stay at this beautiful Community (Sherry Moller)
We had such a relaxing time in this spacious condo. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the private balcony was amazing. The community is very quiet and the residents that live there were welcoming. They even recommended places close by to eat. We were very impressed with The entire staff at Enjoy Cozumel. Alex was always just a text message away and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would stay at the Residencias Reef again any time and will for sure use the Enjoy Cozumel company again. They really go out of their way to make sure you have all the information you need to enjoy your stay in Mexico and to make it as stress free as possible:) We give them 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

We had the most wonderful time staying in this condo property at Reef Residencias. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach. The entire complex was beautiful and we enjoyed walking the beach and swimming in the ocean. Alex the property manager was very helpful and we appreciated that he was easily accessible throughout our stay for suggestions for restaurants or a replenishing of our water supply. We hope to return!

We had a very nice week. The condo is clean, large, bright and very quiet. Beautiful view of the sea. A superb complex where a habitat for birds and iguanas has been preserved. A shaded terrace, a swimming pool with whirlpool, each room has its own shower. A little expensive, but very comfortable and quiet!

Residencias Reef is a very nice residence in south Cozumel. The appartment has 3 big bedrooms, and it is very well provided and design. We loved the terrasse and the view. I would really recommend it!
