Las Brisas 702 is a spacious unit (2115 sq. feet) with spectacular views of the Caribbean from the living room, dining room, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

Recently updated, you can now rent this stunning penthouse unit as a 1 BR, 2 BR, or 3 BR. Book it as a 1 BR and you can add bedrooms if your group expands!

The living room is furnished with handsome and comfortable leather sofas and matching chairs. For your entertainment pleasure, there is large screen satellite TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo.

Sliding glass doors open from the living area onto the oceanfront terrace that runs the full length of the condo. Enjoy seaside dining or a frosty margarita as you overlook the turquoise waters of the Caribbean on your private balcony.

There are ocean views from the dining area and kitchen as well. The inside dining area has seating for 6, plus seating for two at the kitchen lunch counter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with handsome marble countertops, modern appliances (including a large side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker!), dishes, and all that you need to prepare a complete meal.

BR #1: The master bedroom has a king bed, panoramic sea views, and private access to the balcony. It also has a wide-screen TV, and a large private bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

BR #2: This bedroom also has a king bed, divan, magnificent panoramic views, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower. Plus this room has a large screen TV

BR #3: Has a king bed (can be 2 twins), private bath with shower, and views of the jungle.

Week in Cozumel Las Brisas 702 (Dimitar)
We have stayed at many condos up and down Cozumel and resorts. This has been the best location so far. Check in was easy, parking was great…right in front of the complex. The host leaves you welcome snacks and drinks…they are on the counter in a basket and in the fridge. It’s perfect especially for a late arrival when it’s to late to pick up items. We stayed in 702. It was very clean and tidy. Well decorated and plenty of towels. There are chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear and other beach fun items coolers and the kitchen is well equipped. We had one minor item that needed attention and it was taken care of immediately. Very responsive to requests. A big plus is you get an awesome housekeeper that cleans they comes daily to straighten things up. Very nice lady. We had zero problems leaving our valluables while she was cleaning. There are safes in the rooms as well. The condo has security gate and normally there is someone on the bottom floor to watch over things and assist. We like checking in and not being bothered after that except for housekeeping. The space is quiet but you can hear the ocean waves from the main bedrooms which is very soothing. There are grocery stores very close and down is a short 5-7 minute drive. Beachfront and direct beach access. There is a dock adjacent to the complex for dive boats to pick you up or other water activities. The price was very competitive with other condos nearby but I have been to them and they have issues mostly within the living space. I don’t think you can go wrong here. Rental cars are cheap….340 per week for a midsized car. Driving is super easy and taxis are cheap if you don’t want to drive. We like exploring the entire island so a car makes sense for us. I find it easier than driving in the states. You will enjoy your time at las Brisa’s.

The condo was very large and we had a great time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The welcome basket was very much appreciated as we arrived with not eating yet. We hope to return soon!
