Casa Tres Palmas is a 3 BR, 2 bath villa that can sleep up to 6. It is conveniently located approximately 3/4 mile from the main square and easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. In addition, the property is within 3 blocks of the oceanfront road. This central location is ideal for getting around.

Spacious outdoor living areas make outside living a real delight. The focal point is the large freshwater swimming pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden of palms, hibiscus, banana plants, bougainvillea, and other tropical plants and flowers. Bask in the sun in one of the poolside chaise lounge chairs. When you've had enough sun, you'll find shelter under the covered poolside patio area. This area is furnished with tables and chairs; what a great place for dining al fresco!

Inside, is a dream too with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a roomy living area, dining room, and kitchen.

The large living area has two seating arrangements, one of which is the entertainment area with TV and DVD. Just off the leaving area is a computer work area; bring your laptop and make use of the free internet connection.

The dining area inside at Tres Palmas can seat up to 8. And, don't forget about the lovely patio for some outdoor meals!

Casa Tres Palmas sleeps up to 6 guests with a king in the master bedroom, a double in the second bedroom, and a king (can be made up as two twins) in the third bedroom.

Great Place to Relax (Wally)

Had a wonderful two week stay at Casa Tres Palmas. The back yard makes this a special place - there is a large pool surrounded by grass and plants (even palm trees - truth in advertising). Also a huge covered outside area with seating for lots of folks. Just a couple of blocks to the grocery store and tons of restaurants in easy walking distance. We walked most of the time but occasionally took a taxi - which were easy to get just down the block at the corner of 10th Ave where a lot of taxis turn off of Calle 11 and head north. The housekeeper was very thorough in her job and was very good at using her smart phone to translate her questions and our answers. The kitchen was adequate but more workspace would have been nice. There is a washer and dryer on the premises. We didn’t eat any meals in the dining room but rather out by the pool. There is also a large living room which we only sat in once or twice - did I mention the wonderful back yard - that really is where we hung out. Everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements, a few said the beds were a little harder than back home. I would have liked a dresser in the master bedroom because I like to unpack when I get to my destination. Although there were adequate shelves and hangers in the closets. One concern I had before the vacation was about how loud the traffic would be on 11th. Turned out to be a non-issue. We had no problems with noise at night nor during the day. Lots of times people say “I’d go back” in their reviews- but I held off writing this review until I could say we are going back (even with the crazy price for airline tickets) for three weeks in Jan/Feb 2025.
