The house's modern free flowing design makes for a stunning architectural statement. It's also just 200 yards from the Iguanas/Ranas 11 BR villa. For large groups, you can combine Ventanas and Iguanas/Ranas to accommodate up to 43 guests.

On the ground ground floor is the living room, dining room kitchen and master bedroom. Both the spacious living and dining room offer access to the pool and views of the sea through sliding glass doors.

Living room features a 20 foot built-in wraparound couch. Also in the living room is the Satellite TV (English). Dining room table can seat up to 10 guests. For larger groups the patio table seating 4 can be brought into the dining room. Behind the dining room is the large, modern, and cheery kitchen complete with all the modern conveniences including microwave, coffemaker, toaster, etc.

Bedrooms are located on the first level and second level. Above the bedrooms is, as you might expect, the roof. What you wouldn't expect is the palapa (sun shelter) with hammock and built in couch. It's a great place to toast the sunset and admire the stars.

Between the house and sea lies the free-form pool. The main part is 4 feet deep; small children's section that is 10 inches deep. For your barbecues, there is a charcoal grill on the patio area. By the pool is an enclosed shower and a 1/2 bath.
