Also on the first level is one bedroom with a private bath and sliding glass doors to the backyard swimming pool and patio area. An open stairway leads to the second level where there are two additional bedrooms, each with private bath. A pleasant second story balcony with table and chairs overlooks the pool/patio area and offers a cool island breeze in a quiet setting. Enjoy an icy cold beer or a frosty margarita and catch some sun or count the stars. Outside you can enjoy the pleasant L-shaped freshwater swimming pool and poolside lounge chairs and table with chairs.
