This unit has a private patio with a tub (unheated, non-jetted). There's easy from this second level unit to the beach.

If you need to stay in contact with the real world, there is free high speed internet access so bring your own laptop. In addition, there is free long distance calling to the US and Canada.

Living room and dining room are furnished with tropical wicker/ratan furniture. There are great views of the Caribbean sea from both areas.

You'll want to spend most of your time on the beach or on the patio, but when you come inside, there are many diversions including a 39" flat screen Sony surround sound DVD/CD player Bring your favorite DVDs or music or enjoy a full range of US channels. For your communication needs, there is free long distance calling to the US and Canada as well as free wireless high speed internet (brng your laptop).

Of course the kitchen is fully equipped so you can do your own snacks or meals . . . or let us arrange cook service for you.

All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel... That beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

Residencias Overview (below left):

Building #1: Units begin with the number 5 (5100, 5120, 5200, etc.). Located on the south side of the pool. This building is complete, however some owners may be furnishing and finishing the interiors.

Building #2: Units begin with the number 6 (6100, 6130, 6200, etc.). Located approximately 50 yards behind Building #1. Its exterior construction is completed and the interiors are being furnised.

Building #3: Units begin with the number 7 (7130, etc.).

Building #4: Units begin with the number 8 (8100, 8140, 8200, etc.). Located approximately 150 yards from Building #1. The exterior is completed and interior finishing has been completed on some units; others are near completion.

Building #5: Small boutique hotel under construction.
