  8110 1 BR is located in Building #4. Residencias Reef condos on Cozumel are located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs makes this an ideal location for divers and beachcombers. There's also good snorkeling just off the beach that stretches on for miles and miles; you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like. Unit 8110 offers a number of special amenities including a 42" flat screen LCD TV with surround sound to watch your favorite movies. There's a DVD player, or bring your I POD and plug it into this state of the art surround sound speaker system and listen to your favorite music as the colorful sail boats cruise by on the brilliant waters of the Caribbean. The spacious bedroom has his and her closets with a safe bolted to the wall for your valuables. In addition, this room has lamps, split system A/C unit with remote control, makeup mirror and ceiling fan. It also has a 32" flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and huge master bathroom with his and hers sinks ! You can prepare full meals or quick snacks in your fully equipped kitchen. You can relax on your private garden view terrace while enjoying a light breakfast or cold beer.The infinity pool and the ocean are literally foot steps off this spacious terrace. And, after a hard day of diving, touring or relaxing, you can hop into your private 2 person Jacuzzi hot tub. A rooftop solarium is also available (for guests in Building 4 only!). There are two large palapas for shade or work on your tan on the sun deck. The solarium is also equipped with a wetbar, refrigerator, sink and outlets to plug in your blender to whip up some ice cold margaritas. The solarium is sully lit at night. For your convenience, the solarium also has bathrooms and showers. All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel... That beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.
