Step off your patio onto this lush lawn and you are just steps away from one of the two heated swimming pools. The beach is on the other side of the palms that are visible in the upper left of this photo.
Sliding glass doors in the living area open onto the large patio area. The sofa in the living area is a double sleep sofa.
Bedroom has a queen bed plus a double sleep sofa, private bath and sliding glass doors to the patio area
Dining room can seat six; make sure you ask about the cook service!
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, dinnerware, etc. The large, side-by-side refrigerator can store plenty of snacks, sodas and cerveza!

7160 1 BR unit is located in Building #3. Residencias Reef condos on Cozumel are located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs makes this an ideal location for divers and beachcombers. There's also good snorkeling just off the beach that stretches on for miles and miles; you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

This unit is up one flight of stairs and down another. Once inside you are located directly on the BEACH level. This unit has a private patio and easy access to the beach.

All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel... That beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

Unit 7160 can sleep up to 6 guests.
