RR 6140, 1 BR, sleeps 4 with 1 king and 1 sleep sofa. This unit is on the ground floor of Building #2 but you do need to go up one flight of stairs to the entrance. RR 6140 has its own private JACUZZI just outside on the terrace!

The living room and dining room both have views of the beach and sea. In the living room you will find a satellite televison, internet access and a DVD player. There is also a CD player. This unit comes equipped with a washer/dryer. It also has a safe for your valuables.

Your kitchen is fully furnished, with electric oven and range, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and all the kitchen utensils you need to create anything from a simple meal to a gourmet feast. The modern granite kitchen comes equipped with top-of- the-line appliances including, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and frig. Coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans are all here as well. So if you want to cook, nothing will stand in your way except all the exciting activities that Cozumel has to offer.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed and a private bath.

All the Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel. The beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

Building #1: Units begin with the number 5 (5100, 5120, 5200, etc.). Located on the south side of the pool. This building is complete, however some owners may be furnishing and finishing the interiors.

Building #2: Units begin with the number 6 (6100, 6130, 6200, etc.). Located approximately 50 yards behind Building #1. Its exterior construction is completed and the interiors are being furnised.

Building #3: Units begin with the number 7 (7130, etc.).

Building #4: Units begin with the number 8 (8100, 8140, 8200, etc.). Located approximately 150 yards from Building #1. The exterior is completed and interior finishing has been completed on some units; others are near completion.

Building #5: Small boutique hotel under construction.
