A veranda off the living room/dining area offers both a view of the sea and its own private jacuzzi just up the winding stairway. You'll be amazed with the spectacular Cozumel sunset views.

RR 5320 kitchen is fully furnished, with electric oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender and all the kitchen utensils you need to create anything from a simple meal to a gourmet feast.

The master bedroom suite has an ocean view and a private entrance onto the oceanfront terrace; it is fully furnished with a queen size bed and private bathroom.

The second bedroom is also very comfortable with a queen bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom and views of the grounds.

Just off the upstairs terrace you will find a third bedroom with 2 twin size beds and private bath.

The Residencias Reef Condominiums (a gated community) are located on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for divers and beachcombers. There's also pretty good snorkeling just off the beach. The beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

Residencias Reef condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel.
