RR #5240 two bedroom condo is on the second floor of Building #1 where you'll have super views and a gentle breeze. Unit 5240 overlooks one of Cozumel's finest beaches and is on the north end of the building, close to the pool.

The living room, dining room and kitchen offer stunning views of the turquoise water of the Caribbean. Patio doors open to a large wrap-around patio.

Dining room has seating for four. In addition, there are 3 bar stools at the lunch counter. Kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare a snack or a full meal.

First bedroom has a king bed, ocean views and private bath.

Second bedroom has a garden view, queen bed, private bath and small patio area.
