The living area of the Ranas features impressive 18-foot ceilings and with a wall of glass facing the pool/patio/ocean area. Inside the colors are striking with peach, gold, reds and oranges in the living area. Decorative artwork is used found throughout the property. You'll find the interesting pieces of furniture, like the brightly colored dining room set, or the cactus chair and bird cage chairs. An indoor waterfall is a focal point in the living area with water cascading down the high stone wall.

The Ranas has a full kitchen with all appliances, including a side by side refrigerator (with crushed and cubed ice). The dining room has seating for 8 with additional seating in six Mexican style, high-backed stools at the lunch counter; there is also a patio table with six chairs for dining on the outdoor terrace.

From the dining area a door leads to a suite with a kitchenette, living area, 2 double beds + an alcove with a single bed and a private bath. This suite also has a private outside entry.

Off the living room is the second bedroom with 2 double beds and private bath.

3rd bedroom is located up a spiral staircase from the living room. It has 2 single beds which can be made up as a king, a double futon sofabed and a private bath.

An outdoor staircase in the entry area leads up to the Master Suite with a private entrance. This suite has a complete kitchen and living/dining areas, private bath and bedroom with a king bed. There is also a double futon in the living area. It has a private balcony and oceanview.

Also on the upper level there are 2 more bedrooms. These bedrooms share a bath. One has 2 double beds and a kitchenette. The other bedroom has a queen bed and private oceanview balcony, this bedroom also has access to the rooftop terrace. On this terrace there is a shade area and a shower for rinsing.

Ranas Sur also has satellite TV, DVD player, a safe for your valuables, free local phone service and free high speed wireless internet access (bring your laptop).

The Ranas Sur is an excellent choice for your next tropical vacation. If your group is larger, it can be rented with Iguanas Sur next door to accommodate up to 30 guests in both villas.
