After the disappointing performance in the stockmarket, real estate in Mexico is looking to be a wise investment alternative.

For years Americans, Canadians and Europeans have been buying property in Mexico. Maybe you should, too. Build a retirement home or use your home as a vacational rental property. You'll have a nice, comfortable place to stay when you visit, and rent your properties to others in order to generate some income. We've being doing just that for a number of years in Cozumel.

The area is incredibly quiet; iguanas, birds and butterflies don't make much noise. A number of Cozumel's famous beaches are within two miles. The closest (Playa Sol), is within a quarter mile and only an 8-minute walk away. And, while we enjoy the country setting, the town of San Miguel is only 10 minutes away on the coastal road.

Best of all, the nearly 5-acre lots are priced at only $45,000 to $50,000. You can't even buy a very SMALL lot for that price in town!
