Miramar 404 is a 2 level 2 BR, 2 bath penthouse unit; it is available as a 1 BR unit in the low season. On the first level is the kitchen, living room, dining room and oceanfront balcony. The second level has two bedrooms and oceanfront balcony.
Miramar offers superior snorkeling and breathtaking views of the Cozumel's signature turquoise waters. The free-form edge pool takes advantage of the natural shape of the coral shoreline. Sea and pool blend together in such as way that it's difficult to discern where the pool ends and the Caribbean begins. This is definitely a dramatic seaside setting.
The mulit-level 60-foot freshwater swimming pool is large enough for serious swimmers; the shallow area is perfect for lazing and soaking up the sun's rays. Between the oceanside swimming pool and building is a man-made beach area. Snorkeling is wonderful directly in front of the buidling with an abundant variety of tropical fish.
