Each of these deluxe villas features over 3,000 square feet of living area. An enormous freeform swimming pool is shared by the villas, yet with a bridge spanning the center of the pool, there is a natural separation which provides privacy for each villa. And when you're in the mood for a dip in the sea, follow the pathway to the ocean; stairs lead to an area to enter the water for excellent snorkeling. Freshwater showers are located poolside. Boats can pick up divers at the nearby pier, or even at the property (weather permitting). A beautiful sandy beach begins on the other side of the pier and goes on, and on, and on for miles. The sea views here are dazzling with the emerald green palms set against the brilliantly colored turquoise of the Caribbean sea and you'll have the best seat in the house for spectacular sunsets. Together these Cozumel vacation rental villas have 11 bedrooms, 10 baths + 2 half baths. They can accommodate a group of 30 guests. Both villas are bright and airy with many special touches, including materials and furnishings from throughout Mexico and other parts of the world. Unique and colorful artwork is displayed throughout the properties. There are "porthole" windows, brightly colored furniture, stone walls in the living areas with winding staircases leading to upper levels. All bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout the rest of the properties.
