You'll be impressed with Villa Las Glorias from the moment you pull up the long private drive. Covered carport has space for two cars. A wide stairway leans to the front entry featuring a "serenity" pool paved with river pebbles. Water gently spills from a large clay pot in the center of this decorative pool/fountain; it's a very peaceful greeting to this beachfront paradise.
First thing you notice when entering the house is the open, airy feeling and the tremendous ocean views as soon as you come through the front door. Owner took full advantage of the stunning oceanviews and you'll never tire of the palm-fringed beach views.
Sunken living room with sliding glass doors open to the oceanfront pool and patio area. Brightly colored fabrics and contemporary art add a splash of color to this area. For your entertainment you'll find a satellite TV, stereo and VCR. Large sofa and 4 Mexican style leather and rustic wood chairs have seating for up to 9.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining room with seating for 8 plus additional seating for 4 at the luncheon counter in the kitchen. Bright light streams through the kitchen via windows, skylights and glass blocks built into the wall. Cabinetry in the kitchen and throughout the house feature junglewood doors. Breakfast area has a double size futon which opens to sleep two additional guests.
Also on the first level is an bedroom with queen bed ; sliding glass doors open to the patio/pool area. There is a half bath off the hall. One bedroom with 2 double beds is on this level. This bedroom has a private bath and sliding glass doors to the jungle side terrace area adjacent to the serenity pool.
An open stairway with wood rail takes you to the second level where there are 3 additional bedrooms.
The mastersuite has a king bed, ocean views, balcony, walk-in closet and a private bath featuring a HUGE shower with skylights open to the heavens above. Mastersuite has a satellite TV and stereo as well. Wood stairway from the mastersuite goes to the rooftop observation area where you can spent your evenings counting the stars.
Back on the second level, another bedroom has king bed, private bath and a balcony overlooking the jungle. The third bedroom on this level has queen bed, ocean views, balcony and a private bath.
