Villa Dos (Villa 2) is 3 three levels plus first and second floor terraces as well as spacious poolside patio. It has 7 BRs, 7 baths, 2 living areas, 1 main kitchen and 3 kitchenettes, large oceanfront swimming pool, two terraces, incredible views and is strategically located beside Cozumel's finest beaches (San Francisco and Paradise Beach).
A party of up to 16 guests will enjoy the ultimate in comfort both inside and out at Villa Dos. Guests particularly like the option of congregating in the main living room or pool area or seeking solitude in the other living areas or private suite. Each floor has a separate entry so guests can join the crowd–or escape it–depending on their mood.
The elegant oceanfront swimming pool was designed to provide incredible views from the house, patios and from the swimming pool itself. One end of the pool is crescent shaped with built-in seating from which you have unrestricted views of the beach and magnificent blue waters of the Caribbean. The unique infinity-edge pool creates an illusion that the pool and ocean are connected. Built-in barbecue and seatings areas and freshwater shower have been incorporated into the poolside patio area. First and second level oceanfront terraces provide superb ocean/pool views and are ideal for morning coffee or al fresco dining.
1st Level:
On the ground floor (one floor below the main floor) are 5 bedrooms:
Bedroom #1, also called the Honeymoon Suite, is on the ground floor at beach level… and is direct oceanfront with sweeping ocean views. This is a suite with a private entrance and direct access to the beach and swimming pool. It has a kitchenette and comes equipped with satellite TV, telephone, DVD player, High Speed Internet connection, King Size bed, and has its own private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2 is on the ground floor and has a jungle view. This is a suite with a private entrance. It has a full kitchenette and comes equipped with satellite TV, telephone, King Size bed, and has its own private bathroom with shower.
The other 3 bedrooms on this ground floor are part of a 3 BR suite and has its own private entrance. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, satellite television, VCR.
Bedroom #3 is on the ground floor and has a jungle view. This bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom suite which has an entrance separated from the main floor. It has a full kitchenette and comes equipped with satellite TV, VCR and telephone. It has a day bed which converts to 2 single beds or 1 King Size. This bedroom serves as the living area to the suite and is not a closed door bedroom. It has the use of a full bathroom with shower on the main floor. Bedroom 3 is not private because you must pass through it to reach bedroom 4 and bedroom 5.
Bedroom #4 is on the ground floor and has a jungle view. This bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom suite which has an entrance separated from the main floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be made into a King Size. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #5 is on the ground floor and has a garden view. This bedroom is part of a 3 bedroom suite which has an entrance separated from the main floor. This bedroom has 1 Queen Size bed. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower.
2nd Level (main level):
Living area in the second level of the Villa Dos is a combination of leather chairs, overstuffed sofas, orient-inspired accent pieces, interesting accessories, art and sculpture, creatang a bright and colorful atmosphere. The sumptuous decorating make this property a good candidate for House Beautiful or Better Homes and Gardens. French doors open to the oceanfront terrace and pool and patio area. Dining area features two glasstop tables, each with seating for 4, plus 4 bar stools at the crescent shaped lunch counter; additional seating is available on the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on this level:
Bedroom #6 on the main floor has an ocean view. This bedroom comes equipped with 2 Queen Size Beds. This bedroom has its own private bathroom which has an oversized tub and shower.
Bedroom #7, also called Master Bedroom, is on the main floor and has a jungle view. This bedroom comes equipped with a King Size bed, and has a work station with a computer and high speed internet connection. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with huge walk in shower built for two.
3rd Level:
The top floor is a two-bedroom apartment where the owners reside during your stay in order for them to personally oversee the staff. They do not use the main areas of the villa or the pool. If they are not in residence, then they will have an English speaking administrator available to meet you and help you get settled in addition to being available throughout your vacation, should you require their assistance.
