Located in the sought-after Corpus Christi neighborhood, the Casa Delfin is conveniently located just two blocks from the ocean front and an easy walk to Cozumel's largest grocery store. Restaurants, shopping and Cozumel's central plaza are north of the property which is located on 10th Ave. and 23rd Street.
Casa Delfin is a comfortable 2-story property that was built by a well known local architect. The property is light and airy and is equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay. The owners even provide a couple of bicycles, beach chairs, coolers and a BBQ grill so you're sure to have plenty of fun in the sun. Casa Delfin is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans as well.
On the first level is a living area furnished with brightly colored sofas and chair, entertainment center with cable TV, a full library of DVDs and CDs as well as a library of books and board games. If you wish to bring your laptop, please let us know in advance and we are happy to provide an internet connection. Also on the first level is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for 6. There is also one bedroom and one bath on this level.
On the second level are two additional bedrooms, two baths and a patio area with an umbrella table and chairs. The upper patio area is a great spot to watch the sunsets or enjoy morning coffee or a bucket of Coronas in the evening.
Outside, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool or sip an icy cold margarita poolside or on the second level patio. Divers will appreciate the dive rinse tank on the back patio area. Fire up the BBQ on the patio and grill some juicy burgers, fresh fish or chicken. Or, stroll into town and dine at one of Cozumel's many restaurants, from fine dining to funky eateries.
Casa Delfin is a fine choice for your vacation on the tropical island of Cozumel.
