A great property for a large group! Santa Pilar (formerly Hacienda Gloria) is oceanfront and is located not far from the Playa Azul beach area. The property is comprised of 4 separate houses set amidst a large compound with lighted sidewalks between properties. Villa is perfect for a party of up to 20. Properties are air conditioned and have satellite TV. Total of 8 bedrooms and 6 baths, including:
Main house:
You enter the main house where a full kitchen is to the left and offers all of the appliances, utensils, dishes that you'll need. The butcher block cabinets and countertops give the kitchen a light and airy look and you'll find gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need for your stay.The dining area loverlooks the pool/courtyard area with glass doors/windows on two sides for plenty of light and great views. There is also additional seating at the kitchen lunch counter with bar stools. A full bathroom is just off the entry.The living area has satellite TV. Just off the living area is one of the four bedrooms in the main house. This bedroom has windows/door to the patio/pool area, king size bed, closets, a private bath with both shower and tub. Down the hallway past the kitchen are three additional bedrooms: one with a king size bed and windows with view of the pool area; next with two single beds and the fourth bedroom overlooking the pool/courtyard and has a king size bed. There is a full bathroom at the end of this hallway.Double sofa bed can sleep 2 additional guests.
Garden Bungalow
For those who like their own space, there is a delightful cottage in the garden area. This bungalow has two bedrooms, one with king size bed and another with a double bed. There is also a pleasant living area, kitchen and bathroom; the casita is air conditioned. Enter the bungalow into the bright new kitchen area which has stove, refrigerator and seating area at the counter. A second entry leads from the kitchen area to the palapa patio area with built in seating for up to 16.
Double wide white louvered doors open to a bedroom with double bed. A second bedroom with king bed with shell-shaped headboard, is located off the living area. A large new bathroom has clean white and blue seashore motif tiles, large shower, vanity and closet.
2 Oceanfront Suites
In addition there are two oceanfront 1 B.R. suites, each with king size bed plus a single chair futon suitable for sleeping a child, million-dollar ocean views, private bath with shower and tub, private oceanfront patio area, living room with glass doors to the patio, satellite tv and a safe for valuables. Both suites have kitchen and roomy living/dining areas overlooking the ocean.
Several palapas are waiting for you along the ocean. In the courtyard area there are lots of lounge chairs, a built-in barbecue grill, a freshwater shower to rinse off after snorkeling in the ocean and a large swimming pool where you can spend lots of quality time. Another outside seating area is located off the garden bungalow and has seating for up to 16 people.
