To ensure you are not intruded upon by there is a high privacy wall at the front of the property.

What makes Cini Kin Na even more remarkable is that for all its privacy, this villa lies within easy walking distance to town and shopping.

The only thing that lies between the house and the sea is an inviting freshwater swimming pool measuring 36 feet long by 18 feet wide. It's almost of a uniform depth being at the shallow end 4 feet deep and at the deep end 4 feet 10 inches. There are plenty of chaise lounges for relaxing along the pool as you enjoy a fresh sea breeze.

Sneak a snooze under a palm, snorkel in the crystal clear sea or treat youself to a moonlight dip in the pool. Or, for a change of pace, you're an easy stroll from shopping, restaurants, a grocery store and the central plaza. You have the absolute BEST of both worlds . . . and NO rental car is needed.

There are 2 entries into the sea. One is a set of stairs that takes you into a kind of "cove" between the small curved pier and the shoreline. Here the water is 2-3 feet deep. Great for small children and non-swimmers of all ages.

The second entry to the sea is a ladder on the open sea side of the pier.. Here you will enjoy fantastic snorkeling thanks to the depth of the water - anywhere from 10-25 feet! Deep enough to do some scuba diving right from the shore.

You will also enjoy the luxury of the large pier where dive boats, snorkeling boats, and fishing boats can pick you up on the way to the reefs or fishing grounds.

Dazzling inside and out!

The spacious sea view living room (over 700 square feet) has a 14 foot long couch and plenty of tables and chairs. It can easily accommodate more than the maximum number of guests that the house can sleep. It has a beautiful and traditional sloping thatched roof with a protected opening at the top for ventilation, which, combined with sea breeze, makes the living room quite cool, even in the summer. There is a stereo CD system in the living room. There is also a ceiling fan.

The dining room is located next to the living room. Like the living room it has a traditional thatched roof with a protected opening at the top for ventilation. There is also a ceiling fan. The main dining room table can accommodate 12 guests. There is also another table on the dining room patio that can seat 8 guests.

Behind the dining room is the kitchen. It is fully furnished including gas range, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and blender. We highly recommend the optional cook service.

Bedrooms
All the bedrooms in the house are air conditioned and each has its own private bathroom. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms offer sea views.

The master bedroom offers a sea view (and garden view), private terrace and is situated on the ground floor in the center of the house. It holds a king-sized bed and has its own full bath. It also boasts a vanity area with separate sinks and a walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom also offers both sea views and a private terrace, and is situated on the ground floor. It has a king-sized bed. It also has its own private bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom is located on the second floor and affords a view of the sea. It holds 2 queen-sized beds. It enjoys a sea view and has a private balcony and bath.

The 4th bedroom is also located on the second floor and has a sea view. It holds a queen- sized bed and a double bed. It has its own private bathroom and balcony.

The 5th bedroom is on the second floor as well and has a garden view. It holds a queen-sized bed and a twin day bed. It has its own private bathroom.
