Situated in the lovely residential area of San Francisco Beach, this brand new spacious home is decorated in bright cheerful colors reflecting the taste of the Caribbean. It is within easy walking distance of a couple of beach restaurants/bars (open during the day only); water sports and snorkeling are right in front of the house. And it's just a short boat ride away from all the famous reefs of Cozumel. As this beautiful home is on the calm side, the water is always shallow, and warm; perfect for young children and novice swimmers. It is also ideal for those who might like to snorkel right in front of the house, or be taken out to the reef (only 10 minutes away) to explore the wonders of the shimmering clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Chango living room and dining room have ocean views. Dining table seats 8, plus additional seating at the bar and on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware needed to serve grand meals.
All of the 7 bedrooms in the Chango Villa are comparable so everyone gets a bedroom of equal quality. Six bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has two twin beds (can be made up as a king) and all have private bathrooms.
