This three bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanfront villa is perfect for a group of 6 to 8. You'll have everything on your "most wanted" list: oceanfront, great snorkeling, private freshwater swimming pool, air conditioning, full kitchen, poolside palapa, satellite TV, and phone for local calls.

Located about two miles north of the central plaza, the Caribena has off-street parking for your rental car. Inside is a living room/kitchen area with vaulted, beamed ceiling. Rich marble floors are used throughout the villa.

The full kitchen features Talavera tile from Puebla, and, of course, all appliances, utensils, etc. that you would need. Cook service is available at an extra charge; Javier, will serve up sumptuous Yucatecan dishes that you will make you want to schedule a return visit soon. The dining area overlooks the pool/ocean with seating for 8.

The comfortable living area is just off the dining room and has satellite tv option for those who like to catch the news or settle in for the night and watch a movie.

Two bedrooms on located just off the large outdoor terrace area that overlooks the ocean/pool. One bedroom has one king bed, a double bed and sleep sofa, air conditioner, fan, private bath, and large closet. Second bedroom on this level has a king size bedroom, full bath and patio on both side and front towards the ocean. The third bedroom is oceanfront with ocean view and has a king bed, private bath, ceiling fans and air conditioner.

You'll love the oceanfront palapa, and you'll want to catch the sunsets from here each night. The snorkeling in this area is great and there are even large lights to the ocean so you can do night snorkeling. This gives you the opportunity to discover the different sealife that comes out after dark.

Take a dip in the pool after a day of activities (there is a freshwater shower, too), or settle under the palapa for a cool drink and a short nap and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
